HAUL: Bangkok Clothing & Cosmetics 2012/13

HAPPY NEW YEAR y’all! Yes, I know, 8 days after new year and here comes a post. Been trying to recuperate and in my zen moment to let the body and mind rest and relax. Anyway, how was everyone’s new year celebration? Mine was awesome (as usual)! Coz’ … I was in *BKK  for a short trip; away from the usual work stress (and chaotic schedules that I normally go through) during any holiday season. Celebrating new’s year in another country was definitely a great experience (eventho’ it was in the hotel by the poolside overlooking the main city and streets).  A lot of fun and laughter making the new year celebration a memorable one (what more in BKK right!?). Spent my time shopping and below is my haul:

Yes, I bought a lot of inexpensive clothing. All under THB250.00 per piece [USD$7.80]. This time around, I realized I am drawn to buying mostly dark colors.

Yes, that is all I bought. Surprising huh! Chanel and Revlon products from the airport and the other 2 from the supermarket.

Love the detailing on the shoulders of the top that I had to buy 3 colors. There were more colors available but felt wise enough to get just 3 colors!

These tights/leggings are super comfy. Love the floral print costing me only THB180.00 [USD$5.63]! Awesome ain’t it?!

Surprisingly I didn’t get much cosmetic products. I feel I have too much to use, try & review at the moment. Plus, imported cosmetics are very expensive compared to the prices here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia especially MAC cosmetics. So I figured, I should just get them in KL (if needed) since all products available in BKK are available here.

Year 2012 has been a really busy year for me; mostly work related. I wouldn’t say that it has been a great/ bad year for me, prolly’ just like any other year feeling that I haven’t achieved as much as I’ve set out to. FYI, I’m a pretty ambitious person. So, I’m definitely gonna make the best of year 2013 with many exciting plans ahead. No new year resolutions this year (failed to accomplish last year’s so no point in setting out anything for this year) but to just go with the flow and enjoy year 2013 with a big smile. Till then, Toodles!
