Trust me, if I had the money i would have purchased all of it. I have a serious addiction for cosmetics. Unfortunately for me, I am not a millionaire so I picked out what I really love. Starting off with the eyeshadow quad; “Call Me Bubbles”:

Call Me Bubbles Eyeshadow Quad

Some of the eyeshadows in certain collections have been disappointing as some did not give good color pay off and was very sheer although the color can be alright if you put a lot of energy into packing on the eyeshadow. For this quad, I am happy with the  pigmentation and the mixture of colors. Most of the time, there is one odd color that I just don’t fancy. Don’t know if it happens to anyone of you. There are four great colors in this quad with exciting names, starting from the first color on the left clockwise:

  • Call Me Bubbles – A light creamy color (SATIN), perfect as a highlight color and inner tear duct!
  • Fresh Daily – An awesome orange with a light tint of gold (FROST)
  • Full of Flavour – Coral pink (MATTE), great for a for an afternoon out look
  • Brash – Bronze (VELUXE PEARL)

Swatches with NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk as a base

The colors are quite bright for my Asian skin (I’m really pale) I reckon so I hope I don’t make heads turn and cars crashing at the traffic lights!

The Kissable Lip Colors with the oh-so-fancy-schmancy packaging

I love love love this product as it is a combination of a lipstick and gloss. It gives you the effect of lipstick but with the lipgloss feeling. Doesn’t feel so heavy on the lips when layers of lip liner, lipstick and lipgloss are applied. That’s how i feel on my lips and thats why i rarely have lipstick on unless I am out for a function or cam-whoring. Thank you MAC for coming out with this great product and I do hope see more colors and make it as your permanent line! The colors i purchased….:

  • Woo Me – Nude  beige
  • Enchantee – Light pink with blue undertone

Last product i purchased from the collection, the lipstick. Ya ya, I know i just said i am not so much of a lipstick person so why mostly lip products huh? I just can’t help it.. I love nude colors and these products were shouting at my face “Buy Me! Buy Me!” and so i ended with 3 lip products out of the 4 products purchased from this collection.

Cremesheen Lipstick Innocence, beware! – Light nude pink

Innocence, beware!
Awesome! I can imagine how innocent and charming I can look with this lip color..LOL
Freebie/Sample! Pro Eye Makeup Remover

I was given these samples upon my purchase so I’m excited to try this out. You know I have my new-found love; the Channel Demaquillant Yeux Intense Gentle Biphase Eye Makeup Remover SPF 15 (read my review here). According to the MAC makeup artist, it’s not oily on the lids. So, we’ll see if it’s what she said!

Tote Bag

Won a tote bag from the lucky draw! Don’t know what I am gonna use it for. To the gym perhaps?

Fabulous product line especially the kissable lip color and the tender tone lip balms (smells great when i was fiddling with the samples)

I do find it MAC Cosmetics on the expensive side but since it is a limited edition then why not splurge

Will i buy it again:

Definitely! If only some of these products can be made their permanent collection.

The next review coming up….. MAC Vera Collection 2012! Till then, toodles!
