TUTORIAL: FALL LOOK #2

How have y’all been doing lately? I’ve been crazily creating looks during my spare time. Although it’s not the fall season in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I hope this tutorial benefits those who are enjoying the wonderful season!

Step 1: EYES

Close-Up Open Eye View

Semi- Closed Eye View – Both

NYX HD primer – Start with priming your eyelids for the eye shadows to stay on and not crease

UD 24/7 Concealer, “NSA” – To conceal those dark circles

UD 24/7 Glide On Pencil, “Zero” – Tightline & apply onto waterline

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil, “Pure Gold” – Apply all over the eyelid area

Naked Palette, “Half Baked” – Apply color onto the eye lid area where NYX JEP Pure Gold was applied

BH Cosmetics Tropical Matte Palette, Burnt Brown/Red color – Apply onto the crease

BH Cosmetics Tropical Matte Palette, Dark Brown color – Apply onto the inner crease area

Milani Paint Eyeshadow 01 – Apply the white color from the palette or any white eyeshadow you own onto the highest point of your brows and inner tear duct

NYX Box Of Eyeshadows – For the eyebrows, I used a mixture of a matte brown and a little bit of black to get a bolder brow look shown below.

Mascara, Scandeleyes by Rimmel – Apply a good 2 to 3 coats of this (same old same old mascara coz’ I like to open my mascaras one by one as they dry out pretty fast)

Liquid Eyeliner – Loreal Super Liner; “Black Lacquer”; an alternative to use is the Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Liquid Eyeliner. I have a review here if you haven’t already read my awesome post.

Step 2 : FACE

Applied the Garnier B.B. Cream as usual. I don’t own many foundations. As I’ve mentioned, I don’t use foundation very often due to the weather here. (I’ve just recently purchased the Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation, tried it and it’s super awesome. Review soon! Oh, I still wont wear foundation daily, just during events/ dinners)

MAC Mineralized Skinfinish, “Natural” – Dust all over face to set the B.B. Cream

 Step 3: CHEEKS

Mac Refined Golden – Apply onto the hollows of the cheeks/ below the cheek bones

MAC Blush Modern Mandarin – Lightly dust some blush onto the apples of the cheeks

Step 4: LIPS

Cherry Culture Lip Balm – Apply to moisturize your lips especially when you have really dry and flaky lips during the season

MAC Cosmetics, “Reel Sexy” – Apply lipstick onto your lips

I topped it off with some random neutral lipgloss over the lipstick for that finishing touch!

Step 5: OPTIONAL

Falsies! I don’t usually put on falsies in my tutorials simply because I haven’t found one that I like. Still exploring and discovering which is ideal for my small asian eyes and most importantly feels light like a feather.

The Tools:

Looks like it’s time to clean muh’ brushes!

The current state of my pink dip-dyed hair.  Yeap, all faded.

I reckon this look is great for a night out, amp up the look by changing the lipstick to a berry/ burgundy/ mauve color and you’ll  look absolutely stunning! Please do share any looks you’ve created for the season you’re experiencing now. Till then, toodles!
