TUTORIAL: Sleek Cosmetics Oh So Special Palette

Helloooo muh lovelies! I’m back in action! Hopefully, with more constant posts.  *tee hee*. Yes, I got a new hairstyle and color. I basically just cut it short for easier maintenance. My hair has been dropping so much since pregnancy and hence my decision in chopping off my long locks. Alright.. let’s move on to the tutorial below!

MAC LE Eyeshadow (lost the label!) – Apply onto inner tear duct. Any frosty white eyeshadow that you have will do

Maybelline Hyper Glossy Liquid Liner, “Black” – Draw your eyeliner as usual. I decided on a natural line instead of a winged liner

UD 24/7 Glide-On Pencil, “Perversion” – Tightline. This makes your eyelashes fuller.

MUA Mega Volume Mascara – Apply 2 to 3 coats of mascara

Step 2: FACE

tute28_8

NYX Pore Filler – Apply all over face as a base

UD 24/7 Concealer Pencil, “NSA” – Apply onto any red spots/ blemishes and blend it out

Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation, “Nude” – Apply all over face either with your fingers (that’s if you’re comfy using your fingers) or a brush. I use the Sigma’s F80 flat top kabuki brush.

MAC Mineralized Skinfinish, “Natural” – Dust all over face to set the foundation

Step 3: CHEEKS

tute28_7

MAC Limited Edition Prolong Wear, “Sun Dipped” – Contour cheeks, temples and below the jaw

Barry M Blush, “BL2” – Apply onto the apples of the cheeks

Step 4: LIPS

tute28_6

Maybelline Color Sensational, “910 Shocking Coral” – Apply lip color to your lips accordingly. The lip color is actually really bright but somehow under natural lighting, the color didn’t turn out as bright/ vibrant.

**Optional: You may add-on any lipliner and lipgloss of your choice.

Step 5: OPTIONAL

Falsies – Apply falsies of your choice. I don’t usually wear falsies unless it is a dramatic look or for dinners/events.

Step 6: HAIR

Applied a heat protectant oil and straightened hair with a hair straightener.

Brushes I Used:

Mostly Sigma brushes and a few from some of my shopping sprees in various countries. The list below is in random order of usage.

What do you think of my new look? Short or long, light brown/ ombre pink or dark brown hair? I was so sad to see my locks being chopped off. It took me about 2 years to grow to that length. And yes, my hair grows really slow. I almost wanted to pick up my locks and frame it up or something but didn’t want to look like a crazy woman trying to keep spoilt hair for memories.
